Microgn currently accepts payments through PayPal.

If additional payment methods become available in the future, this page may be updated to reflect the available options.

When you select PayPal during checkout, you will be directed through the PayPal payment process to authorize your purchase.

Depending on your PayPal account and available funding sources, PayPal may allow you to complete the transaction using payment methods supported within your PayPal account.

Follow the instructions displayed by PayPal and confirm the payment before returning to the Microgn order process.

A payment may be subject to authorization and verification before an order is accepted and processed.

If PayPal is unable to authorize the transaction, the order may not be completed. Customers should ensure that their PayPal account is active and that sufficient funds or an eligible funding source is available.

The total amount payable is displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $6.99.

After successful payment authorization, Microgn generally requires 1 business day to handle and prepare an order.

Orders are subject to our regular processing schedule. The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.

After handling is completed, orders are generally transferred to the applicable shipping carrier for delivery.

After completing payment through PayPal, customers should receive an order confirmation through the applicable order communication process.

Payment transactions are handled through PayPal's payment infrastructure. Customers should complete payment only through the official checkout process presented during their Microgn purchase.

Microgn does not ask customers to provide their PayPal password through email, social media, or other informal communication channels.

If your PayPal payment cannot be completed, review the payment information within your PayPal account and confirm that your selected funding source is available.

If the problem continues, you may contact PayPal for assistance or contact Microgn regarding the status of your order.

Microgn cannot guarantee approval of a payment transaction because authorization decisions may be made by the payment provider.

Approved refunds are generally returned through the applicable payment method used for the original transaction.

Under our Return & Refund Policy, eligible refunds are generally processed within 12 days after the returned merchandise has been received and reviewed.

Microgn does not charge a refund processing fee or restocking fee for approved refunds.

If an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment and a refund is applicable, Microgn will process the refund according to the applicable order status and refund procedures.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order may need to follow the applicable return procedure after delivery.

Product prices and applicable shipping charges are presented during the Microgn checkout process. The final amount payable should be reviewed carefully before confirming your PayPal payment.

Customers may see currency conversion information or additional details within PayPal depending on their account, funding source, location, or applicable PayPal settings.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with their PayPal account and order is accurate before completing payment.

This includes checking:

• Order total.
• PayPal account and payment details.

PayPal operates independently from Microgn and may apply its own terms, privacy practices, security procedures, transaction limitations, or account requirements.
